Bedroom 1 - Kingsize bed with bedside cabinets, wardrobe and plenty of hangers
Bedroom 2 - Small double with bedside cabinets, wardrobe and plenty of hangers, dressing table with mirror and stool. Hairdryer also provided.
Bathroom - bath with over bath shower
Lounge/Diner - Sofa (seats 3), dining table (seats 4), footstool, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD player, Roberts Radio. French doors open onto a south facing garden.
Kitchen - Well equipped kitchen including cooker, microwave, dishwasher, Denby crockery and plenty of saucepans and cooking pots/pans.

Arrival is from 3.00pm
Departure is by 10.30am.
A Welcome Pack which includes tea, coffee & sugar along with a new washing up sponge, sufficient washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and clean tea towels will be available in the kitchen upon your arrival. Items included are dependent upon length of stay.
There is allocated parking at the rear of the property for 1 vehicle and several visitors spaces
Supermarket internet shopping is available from Tesco, Asda, Sainsburys, Ocado and Waitrose. We can unpack and put away a delivery for you in the hours before you arrive. Please contact us to arrange a time.
A folder is located on the hallway unit which gives house information, instructions on equipment usage, and suggestions for the local area.
Leaflets and books on Wirksworth, The Peak District and surrounding areas including attractions, walks, restaurants and pubs are stored in the hallway unit.
Please note that all bed linen, 2 x towels per person (bath towel & hand towel), cloakroom and kitchen towels and tea towels are provided.
The cottage sleeps a maximum of 4 people in 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a Kingsize Double & Bedroom 2 a Small double. However, as the 2nd bedroom only has a small double and the sofa only sits 3 we really recommend it only for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (who are happy to share a bed). The dining table seats 4. We do not allow air beds, or over-occupancy of the property.
The lead name must be over 18 years and a member of the party occupying the property. The lead name agrees to take responsibility for all members of the party. The person who completes the booking, i.e. the lead name, certifies that he or she is authorised to agree to the Booking Conditions on behalf of all members of the party, including any changes.
Due to the bedroom set ups we have decided to have a policy of accepting only children over the age of 6.
1 or 2 well behaved dogs are welcome to join you on your holiday at no extra charge. Please remember that they should not be left unattended in properties. We will provide a clean throw for the sofa which we would ask you to use if you do have dogs that are likely to sit on the sofa.
Customers with allergies should be aware that we cannot guarantee that a dog has not stayed in the property recently. We cannot accept responsibility for any suffering which may occur as a result of such animals having been present. Further, the property is cleaned thoroughly between lets we cannot guarantee that properties will be completely free from pet hair.
The cottage does not have any electric car charging points.
As well as changing all bedding and towels we also have 2 sets of pillows and duvets for each bed and will be rotating them so that we are able to air/wash them between each use. We will be wearing masks and gloves whilst carrying out the cleaning, opening doors and windows wide to allow a rotation of fresh air and using antibacterial spray throughout the property.
Please ensure that you follow all Government guidance on travel if you are unwell before arrival and notify us as soon as possible of any illness.
If you or a member of your party develop symptoms before your holiday, please let us know as soon as possible and DO NOT come on your holiday.
If you or a member of your party develop symptoms during your holiday, please let us know immediately and return home as soon as is reasonably practical and safe for you to do so. If you need to self isolate at the holiday property, we will have to charge for the bookings that will have to be cancelled as a result.
If you or a member of your party develop symptoms up to 14 days after your holiday, please let us know.
